Useful Information for Delegates
The exhibition will be open from 8.30am-6.00pm on Friday 24 January, and 8.30am-2.10pm on Saturday 25 January.
The registration desk will be open on Thursday 23 January from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. Registration will resume at 7:30am on Friday 24th January.
No tickets are issued in advance for your congress passes or social tickets, your delegate badge will be available for you on arrival.
The Celtic Manor Resort is located at Coldra Woods, Newport, Gwent, NP18 2YA. If you would like more information about transportation to or from The Celtic Manor Resort, please visit https://www.celtic-manor.com/location-directions
Payable car parks are available onsite and are clearly signposted on arrival.
All delegates are welcome to make full use of the Resort’s extensive facilities. The full range of facilities can be seen at www.celtic-manor.com If you wish to book a spa treatment or golf masterclass before you arrive, then call 01633 413000.
If you are planning to have dinner in one of the hotel restaurants, please do book in advance on the above number.
If your accommodation is booked at Celtic Manor or Coldra Court, hotel check in time is 4:00pm and check out on your day of departure is 11:00am. If you arrive before this time, please check in at main reception and the hotel will hold your luggage until your room is ready.
Complimentary teas and coffees are served to all delegates in the exhibition during scheduled coffee breaks. A hot lunch is also served in the exhibition – please check the event programme for timings.
Please wear your delegate badge at all times to enable easy access to the catering stations.
If you booked your accommodation at Celtic Manor or Coldra Court when registering, an extensive breakfast buffet is included in your room rate.

Water bottles / Coffee cups
Water coolers will be available on the lecture theatre floor and in the exhibition hall. As part of our commitment to reducing unnecessary waste, we’d like to suggest that you bring your own refillable bottles and take advantage of these during your time at Congress. Why not bring your own reusable coffee cup too?

Thursday 23rd January – Networking Dinner and Quiz
A relaxed evening that includes a buffet meal and fun pub-style quiz
Dress code: Smart casual.
Friday 24th January – Presidents’ Banquet
The theme for this year is New York. The evening starts with a drinks reception, followed by a 3-course meal topped off with our high energy party band, RPJ, fronted by Rick Parfitt Jnr.
Dress code: Be inspired by your favourite NY musical, film or landmark, or simply come dressed to impress. Prizes will be awarded for the best interpretation of the theme
Our chosen charities for Congress are Support Adoption For Pets and Our Special Friends – we will be raising money for these worthy causes at the banquet.
As part of our commitment to ensuring Congress is sustainable as possible, we will not be providing delegate bags to all attendees on arrival. If, however, you would like a bag, we will be offering reusable bags on demand.
There will be an unmanned cloakroom located next to the information desk in the Exhibition.
Babies and toddlers
You are welcome to bring young children with you. Should you wish to, we’ll be offering a relaxation / toddler playroom on the same level as the majority of the lecture rooms.
Please note that baby changing facilities in the Convention Centre are located in the Manor House (a short walk from the exhibition) or in the hotel spa/leisure centre.
