Katherine first spoke to UK vets and managers at SPVS & VMG Congress back in 2014. On 1st of December she will be joining us from her home in California to share her thoughts on how to have difficult conversations with anyone in your life about performance or behaviour, be they colleagues, family, friends or clients. This is a crucial skill for leaders and managers and Katherine will take you through the steps and processes to successful outcomes. This will also be important to anyone in your team who may need to placate a difficult or upset pet owner or manage a disagreement with a colleague. Katherine will introduce an interactive exercise that will demonstrate her theory and which you can use as a training tool to help your team learn to be better communicators too.
Katherine is just one of the speakers from the forefront of management training, who will be speaking as part of a full day containing two streams of live and interactive sessions. This along with our management-focused digital exhibition, makes Focus on Leadership and Management Virtual Summit a must for those taking their first step into management along with those who have been in management roles for a while and looking to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Tickets are just £50 for members and £75 for non-members with additional tickets at £25.
